On 09/09/15 I ordered 3 items to go: Carpaccio, Calamari and Pork Chop. When I got home I discovered Carpaccio was missing, Calamari was inedible (burnt), Pork chop was too dry.
Chef Kevin Cousins promised to mail me a gift card as credit due to their mistake. I never received any credit or gift card.
So, Mr. Cousins: Are you going to keep your promise? Total bill was 53.18+6.82 tip = $60.00
